The position includes training under a Registered Professional Engineer to increase functional and technical knowledge and skills.

This position is responsible for the complete management of all assigned projects, ranging in size and complexity. Position also could be a member of teams that are managed by other project managers. This position reports to a Delivery Leader or Team Leader and is recognized as a technical specialist with an in-depth and advanced knowledge in a specific area(s) or discipline. Structural engineering position that designs, develops specifications, estimates and works with structural team members to complete projects in the public infrastructure and private industry markets across the country. Seals plans and specifications for projects. Team leader for structural design team preferred. This responsibility includes supervision of staff, development of team's skills and workload management for the projects and team member's schedules.

This position is responsible for developing a profitable water and wastewater engineering business within the State of Texas, primarily focused on North Texas. The candidate in this position will focus on business development, project development and staff management responsibilities. In addition, this candidate will assist in managing projects and local clients on current ongoing projects.
