POSITION SUMMARY:
The Client Service Group Leader is responsible for leading, growing, and optimizing a specific Client Service Group within the company. This position translates company strategy into group-level business plans, drives client success, develops people leaders, and ensures strong financial and operational performance within an assigned technical or market area.

Must be able to travel in-state and out-of-state on occasion, which usually would consist
of visiting other office locations, project sites, attending seminars or business
meetings. Minimum travel is 10-25% of the time depending on projects. Travel
expectations will be communicated through the employee-owner’s leadership.
