Position Summary:
Position will serve as the secondary contact for project contracting, with the primary focus to be on helping manage the Contract Tracking System (CTS). This position will work closely with the Contract Administrator to support that position and perform tasks as directed. Responsible for helping with the utilization of CTS for track and follow-up where necessary to ensure contract documents are taken through the review process and executed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Key Duties/Responsibilities as directed by the Contract Administrator:

  • Receives CTS email notifications requiring actions including uploading of appropriate contract template(s), reviewing of documents, assigning to others for additional review, and approving requests to the next level in the process.
  • Confirms appropriate information is entered.
  • Assigns Management and Subject Matter Expert (SME) reviews as
  • Interacts with insurance brokers as needed.
  • Ensures correspondence and approvals are captured and tracked in CTS for future reference.
  • Engagement with Managers, SMEs, and leadership to ask questions, gain clarification, etc. to keep contract document requests moving within CTS.
  • Assists with negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients and partners.
  • Assists with or prepares the final contract document.
  • Audits contract documents to confirm the appropriate document has been signed.
  • Maintains a list of active Master Service Agreements and tracks expiration dates of those agreements.
  • Assists with developing and providing training on the contracting processes and procedures as well as utilizing CTS to both new and existing employee owners.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

 

Experience:

1+ years of administrative work experience or a degree in a related field. MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook and Adobe software proficiency required.

 

Travel Expectations:

This position will have little to no travel.  Must be able to travel in-state and out-of-state on occasion, which usually would consist of visiting other company locations, attending seminars or business meetings.  Minimum travel is 0-10% of the time depending on business need.
